فَصْلٌ فِيمَا يُؤْثَرُ عَنْهُ مِنْ التَّفْسِيرِ وَالْمَعَانِي فِي آيَاتٍ مُتَفَرِّقَةٍ

فَصْلٌ فِيمَا يُؤْثَرُ عَنْهُ مِنْ التَّفْسِيرِ وَالْمَعَانِي فِي الطَّهَارَاتِ وَالصَّلَوَاتِ

مَا يُؤْثَرُ عَنْهُ فِي الزَّكَاةِ

مَا يُؤْثَرُ عَنْهُ فِي الصِّيَامِ

مَا يُؤْثَرُ عَنْهُ فِي الْحَجِّ

مَا يُؤْثَرُ عَنْهُ فِي الْبُيُوعِ وَالْمُعَامَلَاتِ وَالْفَرَائِضِ وَالْوَصَايَا

مَا نُسِخَ مِنْ الْوَصَايَا

مَا يُؤْثَرُ عَنْهُ فِي قَسْمِ الْفَيْءِ وَالْغَنِيمَةِ وَالصَّدَقَاتِ

مَا يُؤْثَرُ عَنْهُ فِي النِّكَاحِ وَالصَّدَاقِ وَغَيْرِ ذَلِكَ

مَا يُؤْثَرُ عَنْهُ فِي الْخُلْعِ وَالطَّلَاقِ وَالرَّجْعَةِ

مَا يُؤْثَرُ عَنْهُ فِي الْعِدَّة وَفِي الرَّضَاعِ وَفِي النَّفَقَاتِ

مَا يُؤْثَرُ عَنْهُ فِي الْجِرَاحِ وَغَيْرِهِ

مَا يُؤْثَرُ عَنْهُ فِي قِتَالِ أَهْلِ الْبَغْيِ وَالْمُرْتَدِّ

مَا يُؤْثَرُ عَنْهُ فِي الْحُدُودِ

مَا يُؤْثَرُ عَنْهُ فِي السِّيَرِ وَالْجِهَادِ وَغَيْرِ ذَلِكَ

فَصْلٌ فِيمَنْ لَا يَجِبُ عَلَيْهِ الْجِهَادُ

مَا يُؤْثَرُ عَنْهُ فِي الصَّيْدِ وَالذَّبَائِحِ وَفِي الطَّعَامِ وَالشَّرَابِ

مَا يُؤْثَرُ عَنْهُ فِي الْأَيْمَانِ وَالنُّذُورِ

مَا يُؤْثَرُ عَنْهُ فِي الْقَضَايَا وَالشَّهَادَاتِ

مَا يُؤْثَرُ عَنْهُ فِي الْقُرْعَةِ وَالْعِتْقِ وَالْوَلَاءِ وَالْكِتَابَةِ

مَا يُؤْثَرُ عَنْهُ فِي التَّفْسِيرِ فِي آيَاتٍ مُتَفَرِّقَةٍ سِوَى مَا مَضَى
